Speak Life Concerts bring concerts in the DMV area to support various causes. Our mission is to help increase awareness to issues like Bullying, Domestic Violence, Negative Thinking, and Drugs. Our mission is simple “If you change what you speak, you can change lives.” What we say not only affects others, but also affects us. Words are wonderful when used in a proper way. They can encourage, edify, and give confidence to the hearer bit they can also bring pain, fear and death. A right word spoken at the right time can actually be life changing. These concerts will headline performances by national Christian recording artist, local area artist, national speakers and more.
Kids Alive is a Christian faith mission dedicated to rescuing orphans and vulnerable children – meeting their spiritual, physical, educational and emotional needs. Kids Alive provides children with the love and care every child deserves, and raises them to be contributing members of their society and witnesses to their family and community. Kids Alive International reflects the love of Christ by rescuing orphans and vulnerable children, nurturing them with quality holistic care, and sharing with them the transforming power of Jesus Christ so they are enabled to instill hope in others.
Epilepsy Foundation of Virginia The Epilepsy Foundation of Virginia was established in 1978 to promote awareness about epilepsy, advocate for research to find a cure and provide assistance to those with the disorder. On an annual basis, we help educate around 10,000 consumers with epilepsy and their families and friends to live with epilepsy. In our annual surveys of consumer's main concerns the top priority is invariably promoting awareness. To this day, consumers alert us about the inappropriate reactions when someone has a seizure.
